How to request your medication using NHS App
How to Request: Submit your prescription request through the NHS App as shown in the video above.
Collection: All prescriptions will be ready for collection at your nominated pharmacy within 3 working days.
Timing: Prescriptions cannot be requested earlier than 7 days before they are due.
Controlled Drugs: These can only be requested on the day they are about to run out (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
