Here are some useful pieces of information for all patients of College Green Medical Practice (CGMP). We are sure they are scattered around the Practice’s website (https://cgmp.digipractice.org), but it seems sensible to collect them in one Newsletter. We have about 300 patients on our email distribution list, but the Practice has about 15,500 patients. Therefore do pass on to your friends who are patients, but not on this list. We have regular meetings with Dan Hill, the Practice Manager and Partner; he has checked all the facts and information in this Newsletter to ensure
it is correct.
